All inclusive packages include: program, meals and accommodation for two nights from Wednesday to Friday.
Please note that there is a limited number of single rooms!
Category A: Hotel Omenatarha
- Category A Single room: 620€ / person (from 1.1.2025: 650€/person)
- Category A Double room: 530€ / person (from 1.1.2025: 560€/person)
Hotel Omenatarha rooms include: Comfortable and high quality beds. Kettle. Flat-screen TV. Own shower and toilet, hairdryer. Kisakallio's free wireless customer network. Possible to use laundry services by yourself.
Category B: Apartment Hotel Katajarinne
- Category B Single room: 580€ / person (from 1.1.2025: 610€/person)
- Category B Double room: 510€ / person (from 1.1.2025: 540€/person)
Apartment Hotel Katajarinne rooms include: Drying cabinet. Fridge. Flat-screen TV. Kettle. Own shower and toilet, hairdryer. Kisakallio's free wireless customer network.
Day visitor:
Day visitor packages include: lunch and afternoon coffee according to the program.
- 26.3. 150€/day/person, incl. lunch and afternoon coffee according to the program.
- 27.3. 150€/day/person, incl. lunch and afternoon coffee according to the program.
- 28.3. 150€/day/person, incl. breakfast and lunch according to the program.
Extras:
- Social evening 26.3. 60€/person
- Gala dinner 27.3. 70€/person
Double room reservations:
- Please specify in the additional information box if you have a roommate preference or if you are booking a male or female-specific room.
- Please note that if you are booking a male or female-specific room, you will share a hotel room with another conference visitor.
Transportation:
- Helsinki Airport: Transfers available upon request at an additional cost. Please provide flight details for arrangements.
- Helsinki Railway Station: Transfers can be arranged for Wednesday morning.
- Please indicate your interest in transportation in the additional information box during registration.
- After booking your flight, provide us with your flight details to arrange transportation.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation has to be done by email and is confirmed when the information of a cancellation has reached Kisakallio.
- Cancellations before February 20, 2025: 50% refund.
- Cancellations on or after February 21, 2025, and no-shows: Non-refundable.
- Terms apply also to partial cancellations.
- Reservation can be transferred to another person if the transfer has been done by email before 11.3.25

- Important for those who book double rooms: Remember to write in the additional info box if you have a roommate request or whether you are reserving a spot from a woman or a man room.
