Double room reservations

• Please specify in the additional information box if you have a roommate preference or if you are booking a male or female-specific room.
• Please note that if you are booking a male or female-specific room, you will share a hotel room with another conference visitor.

Transportation

• Helsinki Airport: Transfers available upon request at an additional cost (60 €/person). Please provide flight details (flight number, when the flight is in Helsinki Airport and where the flight is coming from) for arrangements.
• You can also book a one-way ticket from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to Motor Skills Acquisition Conference, Kisakallio, Lohja or from Motor Skills Acquisition Conference, Kisakallio, Lohja to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport available upon request at an additional cost (35 €/person, one way).
• Please provide flight details (flight number, when the flight is in Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and where the flight is coming from) for arrangements in the additional information box during your booking.
• Please check that you have correct dates on your booking.
• Transportations must be booked in advance by 11th of March 2025.
• The waiting and transportation schedule will be announced one week before the event. The maximum waiting time at the airport for shared transportation is 2 hours.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation has to be done by email and is confirmed when the information of a cancellation has reached Kisakallio.
• Cancellations before February 20, 2025: 50% refund.
• Cancellations on or after February 21, 2025, and no-shows: non-refundable.
• Terms apply also to partial cancellations.
• Reservation can be transferred to another person if the transfer has been done by email before 11.3.2025

Tips for registration through webshop

• In order to add more products to your order you need to add yourself as a participant again. After you have added all products you fill in the customer information (Billing info) and then you can check out and pay for all the products at once.
• Important for those who book double rooms: Remember to write in the additional info box if you have a roommate request or whether you are reserving a spot from a woman or a man room.
